ELS adheres to the highest in quality and safety standards. All work conforms to OSHA standards and the good construction practices outlined in- but not limited to- Pipline Safety Regulations, PSC Gas Safety Code, ANSI and the National Fuel Gas Code.

All ELS equipment, tools, other aids and materials meet all applicable ANSI standards and legal requirements, are of the highest quality and properly maintained. On-duty ELS locators wear company uniforms, visible identification, reflective vests, hard hats and steel-toe boots. All field personnel are trained in the proper use of safety equipment, as well as CPR.

As an added safety precaution, all ELS trucks are equipped with safety strobes as well as the latest in safety communications equipment. ELS's name - or that of the utility- is prominently identified to further enhance customer relations.

Available 24 Hours A Day

Around the clock service: That's what you can expect from ELS. Our supervisors and locators are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Should an emergency arise- whether in the middle of the night or on a holiday- you can count on ELS to be there when you need us.

And While they're on site, our locators are equipped with the latest in two way radios, cell phones and paging systems to ensure uninterrupted communication with ELS, and our utility clients.
